Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Process Integration Lead in Singapore to drive development, optimization and qualification of RF semiconductor technologies. You will design and execute DOEs to deepen process understanding and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance device performance and reliability.

You will mentor junior engineers, establish design rules and qualification plans while continuously innovating integration schemes to keep the technology competitive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong wafer fabrication process knowledge with FEOL integration experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and drive issues to resolution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration activities for development, optimization, and qualification of RF semiconductor technologies.
• Design, execute, and analyze DOE to drive process understanding and technology development.
• Partner with module, device, yield, reliability and manufacturing teams to improve product performance.
• Own and drive complex technical problem-solving using data-driven methods to identify root causes.
• Serve as primary technical interface for internal and external customers and support engagements.
• Define technology design rules, monitors, test structures, and qualification methodologies for new platforms.
• Drive innovation through novel integration schemes and process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across programs.
