Tian Tian Holdings (CRM) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Manager at Jewel Changi Airport to lead both FOH and BOH teams, drive sales, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced high-volume setting.

You will work with the Head Chef and HQ to deliver a consistent dining experience, optimise manpower planning, and ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards.

The role is permanent, full-time with a 6-day week, offering SGD 4,800 to 5,800 monthly, subject to experience and fit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline.
• At least 5 years restaurant management experience.
• Experience in airports, hotels, or high-volume outlets is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Familiar with P&L, budgeting, and manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations and performance of the restaurant leading both FOH and BOH teams.
• Achieve sales targets and control operating costs.
• Monitor outlet profitability and labour productivity.
• Plan manpower requirements, recruitment and staff retention.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations.
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and diners.
• Handle all customer complaints and service recovery situations.
• Review outlet performance and implement improvement plans.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy working culture that bridges generational gaps.
• Training & SOP: design, update, and execute SOPs for the service team; onboarding for new hires.
• Service Recovery: handle floor escalations calmly and professionally.
• Oversee compliance with SFA, NEA hygiene, food safety, pest control, and cleanliness.
• Ensure staff grooming standards align with brand image.
