Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management with career progression.
• In-depth knowledge of service, hospitality, food and beverage.
• Experience with team training and development and leading large teams.
• Excellent business acumen with cost control and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest-focused leadership and hospitality excellence across outlets.
• Direct operations, set service standards, and drive memorable guest experiences.
• Develop and mentor restaurant managers and frontline staff.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, and cost-control to meet financial targets.
• Implement SOPs, training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report progress to founders and operations leaders and lead by example.
