Job summary

The Singapore Civil Defence Force is seeking a Senior Responder Research Data Officer to deliver timely, training- and capability-focused analytics to support evidence-based decision-making. You will analyse responder performance research, training outcomes, trainee performance, and learning trends to inform capability development.

Using CDA training systems and the EXCEL facility, you will strengthen CDA’s ability to optimise training design, resource allocation, and capability development

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistics, and data visualisation tools.
• Ability to analyse complex, multi-source training and assessment datasets to identify trends.
• Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly to instructors, curriculum designers, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to generate insights that streamline work processes and enhance training and operational efficiencies across firefighting, rescue, HazMat, and EMS.
• Foster a more agile, data-centric environment within SCDF, enabling evidence-based decision-making and efficient data use for public safety and emergency response.
