Job summary

ELEMENT GEOTECHNICAL TESTING (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Surveyor to lead survey activities on assigned projects. You will oversee monuments and instruments, ensure timely calibration, and review survey data for accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree or Diploma in Land/Geomatics with at least 5 years of field experience and CPD maintained as a Professional Technician. This on-site role is based in Kaki Bukit, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Land/ Engineering Surveying or related is required.
• Diploma in Land Survey & Geomatics Tech is required.
• Minimum 5 years as a Surveyor is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee survey monuments and instruments, including timely calibrations and calculations.
• Review contract documents to extract clauses affecting the survey scope.
• Serve as client-facing representative on all survey matters for assigned projects.
• Maintain professional technician status with up-to-date CPD.
• Maintain project survey equipment via SICP calibration procedure.
• Extract and retain survey-related contract clauses from documents.
• Adapt SQP and MSs to project needs; coordinate amendments with Chief Surveyor.
• Review survey data gathered and computed.
• Cross-reference movement trends with alternative instrumentation and non-survey data.
• Log concerns and report to Chief Surveyor and Project SIE.
