is seeking a skilled Resident Surveyor to lead and manage all on-site surveying activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution to support project requirements. You will coordinate daily surveying operations, attend site meetings with clients, and work closely with the construction team to uphold quality standards on site. The role requires 3+ years of land surveying experience, a relevant diploma or degree, SISV membership, and experience on HDB

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience on HDB projects and registration with SISV is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site.
• Schedule and coordinate daily surveying operations.
• Ensure measurements and readings are accurate, efficient, and timely.
• Attend site meetings and work with clients on land surveying matters.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to uphold quality standards.

• Must be a registered member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
