KASZON PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Resident Surveyor to lead and manage all on-site surveying activities. The role ensures accurate and timely execution of surveying tasks to support project requirements.

Responsibilities include leading surveying operations, coordinating daily activities, and working closely with clients and the construction team. A minimum of 3 years’ experience and SISV registration are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of land surveying experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Registered SISV member is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site.
• Schedule and coordinate daily surveying operations.
• Ensure measurements/readings are accurate, efficient and timely.
• Attend site meetings and work with clients on land surveying matters.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Support the construction team as needed.

• Attend site meetings and work closely with clients on all land surveying matters.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Support the construction team when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on HDB projects.
• Must be a registered member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) .
