CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD.

is seeking a competent Resident Surveyor to lead on-site surveying activities and ensure accurate, timely execution to support project requirements across diverse sites, including residential developments. You will plan, coordinate and supervise survey tasks, attend site meetings with clients, verify measurements, liaise with the construction team, and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Land Surveying experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Experience on HDB projects.
• Must be SISV registered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site.
• Schedule and coordinate daily surveying operations.
• Ensure accurate measurements and readings within timelines.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients on land surveying matters.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to maintain quality standards.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on HDB projects.
• Must be a registered member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
