Aufgaben

• Understand project specifications and drawings to ensure site activities comply with regulations and client requirements.
• Monitor site works to ensure method statements and work procedures are followed.
• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities in contractor's work.
• Ensure builder executes work per consultant instructions.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site.
• Document site inspection records, safety records and approved drawings.
• Maintain and update site progress and housekeeping records; prepare reports.
• Verify contractor progress payments and claims for work done and materials delivered.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with designs.
• Report to project QP/Consultants Team on quality and progress.
• Contract period: 18 months; Start: January 2027.
