Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Resident Engineer Certificate from IES/ACES is mandatory.
• Proficient in statutory codes and requirements.
• Good teamwork and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities for mixed development and residential buildings.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, drawings, and client requirements.
• Monitor method statements, work procedures, and site compliance.
• Review drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used.
• Document site inspections, safety records, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain and update site progress records and reports.
• Verify contractor progress payments and material delivery on site.
• Witness inspections, tests, and commissioning for compliance.
