Job summary

Meinhardt (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to lead a team of resident technical officers on C&S inspections, coordinate contractor activities, and ensure compliance with approved programmes and drawings.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership of site teams.
• Proficient in coordinating multiple contractors and activities.
• Familiar with Building Control Act and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• In charge of daily C&S inspections and overseeing RTOs and overtime claims.
• Coordinate work among contractors to align with project programmes.
• Review drawings, instructions, and permit requirements to ensure timely execution.
• Check material orders, site safety, and secure site per project needs.
• Monitor workmanship and rectification of faults, and verify line/level layouts.
