Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience as Resident Technical Officers.
- Extensive experience in supervision of deep basement construction and related structural works.
Responsibilities
- Assist in regular supervision of structural and architectural installation works.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, by-laws and contract specs.
- Assist architects/engineers to supervise contractors and coordinate with consultants to meet quality and timeliness objectives.
- Take prompt action to rectify poor quality materials or items.
- Implement instructions and plans from Architects/Engineers.
- Submit site reports on project performance and progress weekly.
