Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a Senior/Associate Executive for the Research Office on a contract basis. The role involves supporting planning, coordination and administration of research programmes spanning behavioural health, brain health and population health.

You will work with Principal Investigators and stakeholders to deliver programme activities, gather requirements for budgeting, monitor timelines and budgets, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Diploma in Life Sciences or related discipline with at least 3 years of research administration experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with integrity and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and administration of research programmes focused on behavioural health, brain health and population health.
• Coordinate programme activities and gather user requirements for resource planning and budgeting.
• Monitor timelines, budget utilisation and reporting; maintain documentation and databases.
• Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives to ensure successful execution of research programmes.
