Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for Research Assistant; Master's with 2+ years experience acceptable for Senior role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality of work.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and EndNote.
• Experience in project coordination or administration is advantageous.
• Prior involvement in research projects, especially health/public health/social science, is advantageous.
• Experience supporting qualitative research (transcripts, coding, thematic analysis, interviews) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support across multiple projects.
• Manage participant follow-up, scheduling, and maintain study records and tracking logs.
• Perform data entry and verification.
• Prepare study materials and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support qualitative research activities including transcript review and coding.
• Assist with literature searches, reference management, and manuscript preparation.
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and room bookings, and support project logistics.
• Provide administrative support for study finances, reimbursements, and claims processing.
• Set up Qualtrics databases and distribute survey links to participants.
• Undertake other research and administrative duties as assigned.
