Job summary

The National Dental Centre of Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager to lead lab setup, operations, and governance within ACP Office – Research. The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder engagement and strong written/presentation skills.

Responsibilities include lab development, coordinating NDCS building workflows, grant calls end-to-end, budgets, and administrative support to ensure timely research activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years’ experience in research lab setup and operations.
• 1-2 years’ experience in grants management or/and communications.
• Familiar with SAP and Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Lab setup and development for ACP Office - Research.
• Support lab operations and compliance in NDCS building projects.
• Coordinate grant calls end-to-end: timelines, applications, peer review, awards.
• Track grant utilisation and budgets; liaise with finance and report variances.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support: briefings, action items, meetings.
