The role requires strong presentation and written communication skills, with experience in grants management and familiarity with SAP/Ariba. Office-based work in Singapore with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in research lab setup and operations.
• 1–2 years' experience in grants management or/and communications.
• Familiar with SAP and Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Lab setup and management for ACP Office - Research in the new building.
• Coordinate workflows, projects and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, procurement and vendor coordination.
• Support compliance, safety and governance with institutional offices.
• Execute grant calls end-to-end: plan timelines, manage applications and peer review.
