Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a capable researcher to work closely with investigators and committees in developing and managing collaborative projects in Singapore. You will analyze data, prepare protocols and manuscripts, and contribute to grant applications and budgeting with a focus on rigorous study design.

You will take a leading role in the research programme, coordinate inputs from collaborators, present findings at conferences, and support knowledge transfer activities while mentoring

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or Public Health (PhD or MSc).
• Experience in academic or clinical research projects is required.
• Proven ability to analyze data and prepare manuscripts for journals.
• Experience with grant administration and writing is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with principal investigators to develop research projects and grant proposals.
• Lead the further development of the research programme and pursue funding.
• Identify funding sources and coordinate grant applications and budgets.
• Prepare manuscripts via literature review, data analysis, and drafting.
• Coordinate inputs from collaborators and liaise to integrate clinical and scientific info.
• Present study results at local and international conferences.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer activities and mentor junior staff.
• Plan and implement research programmes, including resource and budget management.
