Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable administrator to lead a team of MSOs supporting the Research Office. You will oversee research grants administration, including RCAs, research finance, staff hiring, and ensure governance and integrity of projects.

You will organise research events, manage collaborations with industry, and handle data reporting for offices, agencies, and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience in research administration / graduate program management.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading a dynamic administrative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of MSOs to support the operations of the Research Office.
• Oversee and manage the research grants administration (including RCAs), research finance, research staff hiring, and ensuring corporate governance of research projects and research integrity.
• Organise research events (seminars/conferences/workshops), and handle research industry collaborations.
• Handle research data reporting (statistics/data required by various offices, external agencies, government organizations and P&T/contract renewals/faculty appraisals).
