Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide epidemiological expertise in the design, conduct, and evaluation of clinical and health services research.
• Identify potential sources of bias, confounding, and methodological limitations in study design.
• Guide data analysis using appropriate epidemiological methods, in collaboration with biostatisticians when required.

Responsibilities

• Support development of research protocols to ensure scientific rigor and methodological soundness.
• Assist investigators in translating ideas into structured study protocols and internal scientific reviews.
• Guide investigators on getting IRB submissions and regulatory compliance.
• Support RTDC and related talent development programs, including coordination of meetings and documentation.
• Coordinate and manage research joint appointment workflows and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate approvals.
• Maintain documentation and governance records for research development programs.
