Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent in engineering/related field from a reputable university.
• Experience in microelectronic research, metrology, and electrical testing.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with statistical tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Open to fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead BS-PDN research and co-optimization efforts for advanced logic, chiplet-based, and 3DIC systems.
• Supervise researchers, postdocs, and students; mentor and manage projects.
• Draft research proposals for competitive funding and manage budgets and allocations.
• Interface with industry partners (foundries, OSATs, EDA vendors) to align objectives.
• Publish findings in high-impact journals and present at conferences.
