Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking a Research Fellow to conduct experimental research on advanced nanoelectronic devices for monolithic 3D integration. Responsibilities include device fabrication, process development in cleanroom and wet-lab facilities, and electrical characterization with data analysis.

The candidate will contribute to publications, mentor graduate students, and support collaborative projects within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Kent Ridge

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a closely related field.
• Strong background in nano/micro-fabrication and semiconductor device physics.
• Hands-on experience with cleanroom processing, ALD, lithography, etching and electrical characterization.
• Experience with carbon nanotubes, oxide semiconductors, or emerging device technologies is a strong plus.
• Good scientific writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team.
• Open to Fixed Term Contract.
