Job summary

B+W BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation and A&A projects from tender to handover. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure quality and timely completion.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 5 years' renovation/construction experience, with proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in renovation, A&A or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and site operations.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and procurement planning.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers with regular inspections.
• Control budgets, review quotations, VO's, and progress claims.
• Act as main client and stakeholder liaison, coordinating meetings and minutes.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, toolbox talks, and performance guidance.
