Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a regional technical leader to drive renewable energy solutions, grid integration, and asset performance management. You will engage with local offices, engineering centers, and partners to architect integrated systems and support the complete sales lifecycle.

The role focuses on translating customer challenges into value-based technical solutions, leading workshops, and mentoring regional engineers while advancing Yokogawa's energy transition initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Masters/degree in Electrical / I&C / Power Engineering / Power Systems / Renewable Energy.
• 5–15 years' experience in Power, Renewable Energy or Utilities.
• Proven experience in renewable energy systems, grid integration and technical solutioning.
• Customer-facing experience in technical sales, solution consulting or engineering support within a regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional technical authority for renewable energy generation and grid integration solutions.
• Architect integrated solutions involving PPC, EMS, Microgrid Controllers, BESS and Renewable SCADA.
• Lead technical discussions and conduct customer workshops to translate challenges into solutions.
• Support proposal teams with technical compliance, system architecture and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic technology partners and enable regional sales teams.
