Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to drive reliability testing and assessment for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies. You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to design robust hardware/software solutions, and develop test methodologies at wafer and package levels while supporting technical engagements.

The role requires a background in engineering or science, with 2+ years in reliability, device physics, or semiconductor testing, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Reliability, Device physics, or Semiconductor testing.
Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes.
Knowledge of MOS device physics and reliability statistics.

Responsibilities

Set up, execute, and analyze reliability testing for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement hardware and software solutions for reliability characterization.
Develop wafer-level and package-level reliability test methodologies and corresponding test programs.
Prepare technical reliability presentations, support customer visits, and participate in reliability risk assessment discussions.
