Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to support reliability assessment of advanced semiconductor technologies. You will perform reliability stress testing and analyze device lifecycles, coordinating with internal teams and customers to identify risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering, Science or related field.
Minimum 2 years in Reliability, Device physics, or Semiconductor testing.
Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes.
Knowledge of MOS device physics and reliability statistics.

Responsibilities

Set up, execute, and analyze reliability testing for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement hardware and software solutions for reliability characterization.
Develop wafer-level and package-level reliability test methodologies and corresponding test programs.
Prepare technical reliability presentations, support customer visits, and participate in reliability risk assessment discussions.
