Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in FA, experience with SIMS, Auger and XPS, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will help maintain procedures, mentor operations, and develop new FA techniques for emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or science.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in FA.
• Experience with SIMS, Auger, XPS, and other FA techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and IC failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed failure analysis on wafer and package samples.
• Operate and interpret data from FA tools and prepare reports.
• Document findings and root causes.
• Maintain FA procedures, training materials, and certifications.
• Provide FA guidance to fab operations and TD for process characterization.
• Develop new FA techniques to support emerging technologies.
• Ensure lab safety and equipment upkeep.
