Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining PCRB/MRB/ICAR/ISHARE/FMEA controls, tracking KPIs, and supporting internal audits while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality semiconductor products.

Qualifications

• Master/bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze data for trends and improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and consistent execution according to documented quality systems (PCRB / MRB / ICAR / ISHARE / FMEA / Calibration) and CuSR.
• Track operations to meet schedules (validation, facilitation, system closure/lot disposition, action-item tracking).
• Publish operational KPIs and customer reports in a timely manner.
• Investigate quality-related incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance quality, speed, and cost of operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Be prepared to certify as Auditor and support Internal Audit activities.
