Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related).
• Strong foundation in semiconductor processes (deposition, etch, lithography, metrology).
• Proven track record in reliability programs and manufacturing or R&D.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced reliability test strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Lead reliability risk assessments such as FMEA.
• Manage Reliability Lab, including equipment calibration and test setup.
• Prepare detailed reliability plans, results, and reports.
• Provide design guidance to improve product robustness and long-term reliability.
• Support technology transfer and factory ramp-up.
• Collaborate across time zones with travel up to 15%.
