Job summary

Sony Electronics Singapore invites a proactive Regional Market Development Centre professional to drive sales across developing regions. You will manage key accounts, analyze market data, and coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to deliver value to clients and expand product adoption.

You will travel to develop markets, collaborate across functions, and push strategic sales initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• 2-3 years in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
• Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to developing countries for business discussions/market visits.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain product value.
• Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil client needs.
• Collect and analyse data to understand consumer behaviour.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and account notes.
• Keep updated knowledge of products and services.
• Resolve complaints and improve processes to prevent issues.
• Identify market trends, market size and customer behaviour.
• Plan and execute marketing activities for designated market with Market team.
• Act as client advocate to improve buyer experience.
