Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager in Singapore to partner with Agency Leaders, driving manpower growth through strategic recruitment initiatives and capability development.

You will engage agency leaders, execute recruitment programmes, monitor performance, and ensure compliance while managing budgets and transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Possess a recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in agency management, insurance distribution, manpower development, recruitment management or business development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence Agency Leaders at different levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with recruitment performance metrics, reports and data.
  • Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Be proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess strong project management and execution capabilities, with experience managing initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have a high level of integrity, accountability and adaptability, with a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Agency Leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies and manpower growth plans to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives and programmes to improve recruitment participation, recruitment competency and productivity across Agency Leaders and Financial Representatives.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and key manpower metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and implement interventions to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Provide advisory and support on recruitment schemes, policies, governance requirements and recruitment-related matters to Agency Leaders.
  • Plan and execute manpower growth campaigns, recruitment events, internship programmes and targeted initiatives to support agency expansion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance recruitment effectiveness, strengthen recruiter capabilities and improve new representative outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment transformation initiatives, recruitment operating model enhancements and strategic manpower development projects.
  • Manage recruitment budgets, monitor spending and ensure resources are effectively utilised to support recruitment objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, governance requirements and regulatory standards in all recruitment-related activities and programmes.

Job description

Reporting to the Lead, Manpower Development, the Senior Recruitment Manager partners Agency Leaders to drive manpower growth and strengthen the agency distribution force through recruitment strategies, recruitment capability development, performance management and recruitment programmes.

The role supports the achievement of recruitment and manpower growth objectives through close engagement with agency leaders, effective execution of recruitment initiatives and implementation of strategic manpower development projects.
