The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Cluster Manager to drive sales performance and growth in new business premiums. You will manage agency leaders, build strong relationships with Profit Centers, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines in Singapore.
You will conduct regular meetings, develop business plans, and motivate top producers while coordinating logistics to support the field force in meeting targets.
Candidate will be responsible to achieve cluster business key performance indicators by driving the sales force through effective management of cluster assigned and prompt service support.
