You will play a key role in supporting the New Business administrative team by ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering timely, accurate services to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle daily transactions relating to New Business Underwriting, including new applications, medical/premium billing, refunds & despatch matters.
• Coordinate and collaborate with intermediaries and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify operational gaps and contribute to streamlining workflows and enhancing team efficiency.
• Provide front‑line support at the NBU counter, addressing intermediaries’ enquiries and ensuring timely processing of new business transactions (on rotational basis).
• Other duties include (but not limited to) back‑up duties during a team member’s absence and other ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder and above in related discipline (Banking/ Finance/ Business/ Accounting).
• Possess 1–3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry or administrative roles.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate work with strong attention to detail, along with effective communication skills across teams and external stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word) applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Dedicated team player with strong and flexible time management to support peak period whenever required.
