Qualifikationen

• Minimum diploma or above.
• CEI certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience or in a target-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide total staffing solutions to clients’ needs.
• Cross-sell services to meet client requirements and increase revenue.
• Meet monthly GP & Contribution targets.
• Manage client and candidate relationships and pipelines.
• Communicate terms, pricing, and guarantees with clients.
• Understand client job scope and requirements before sourcing.
