You will also participate in business development and account management, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across temp, contract and permanent hirings.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract candidates.
• Engage in Business Development & Account Management.
• Conduct interviews with candidates via virtual/face‑to‑face.
• Follow up with stakeholders for feedback and outcomes.
