Delinea in Singapore is seeking a Senior Recruiter for APAC to own hiring across one of our fastest-growing regions. This permanent role focuses on attracting top-tier talent across Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Partnerships, and Sales Engineering—with scope to support other functions as needed.

Based in Singapore, you’ll partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to build teams that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Enterprise SaaS in APAC.
• Experience hiring across Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Sales and Sales Engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across levels.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and employer brand presence.
• Ownership of recruiting processes—ATS discipline, reporting, and coaching.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across sales and commercial roles in APAC.
• Partner with Sales, Channel and Sales Engineering leaders to translate plans into hiring roadmaps.
• Talent mapping and long-term pipelines across APAC markets.
• Lead employer brand initiatives to attract top talent in the region.
• Own ATS hygiene, data integrity, and structured interviewing design.
