Job summary

AMS is seeking a Manager - Client Services to lead and support recruitment teams delivering hiring solutions for a key banking client. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and recruitment leaders to ensure delivery of services that meet SLAs and business objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance, market insights, and operational leadership to drive hiring success and enhance client and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment leadership experience within banking, financial services, or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience leading and developing recruitment teams, driving performance and engagement.
• Strong understanding of recruitment delivery, workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building in a fast-paced client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop recruitment leaders and teams to drive high performance and career growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver recruitment services that meet client expectations and SLAs.
• Manage team capacity, workforce planning and resource allocation for successful hiring delivery.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, recruitment metrics, productivity and service quality.
• Drive compliance, data accuracy, process excellence and adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and recruitment innovations.
• Support account growth and profitability by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
