Job summary

Citco is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Real Assets team in Singapore, delivering high-quality fund administration and client management. You will oversee relationships with key clients and coordinate service delivery across SLAs, fiscal reporting, and onboarding activities.

The role emphasizes IFRS proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management, with a focus on Real Assets and fund structures within a global services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related field; professional qualification a plus.
• Experience in accounting/financial services, Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, general ledger, financial statements and consolidation experience.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, diligent team player with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and deepen client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and fund participants.
• Lead strategic client communications, including SLAs negotiation and management.
• Understand clients' business models, fund structures and operating environments.
• Maintain client records and updates in CRM systems.
