Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the QS and Purchasing teams from tender through project completion, ensuring tight cost control and robust contract management.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and delivering regular commercial reports. Based in Pioneer, the position is on-site with standard hours, offering opportunities to oversee procurement, tendering activities, and final accounts while developing a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, contracts and cost control.
• Good communication, leadership and coordination skills.

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (ID69251)

Location: Pioneer

Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: $4000 - $5000

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QS and Purchasing teams, overseeing tendering, procurement, contracts, cost control and commercial activities from tender to project completion.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, subcontracts, claims, variations, payments, final accounts and close-out documentation.
• Oversee tender and procurement processes, including quantity take-offs, pricing, tender submissions and contract awards, ensuring materials and subcontractors are secured on time.
• Supervise and develop the team, coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor payment collections and provide regular commercial reports.
• Attend management meetings and handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the Interior Design / Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, contracts, cost control, and project commercial management.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
