Location: Pioneer

Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: $4400 - $4600

Job Description

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying (QS) and Purchasing Departments by overseeing tendering, procurement, contract administration, cost control, and project commercial activities from tender stage through project completion, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Oversee project commercial and contractual performance by establishing project budgets, managing contracts and subcontracts, monitoring procurement schedules, ensuring timely submission of claims, variation orders, final accounts, invoices, and project close-out documentation, while safeguarding the company's commercial interests.
• Drive tender and procurement management by reviewing tender opportunities, coordinating quantity take-offs and pricing, approving tender submissions, awarding contracts, preparing contract documentation, and ensuring critical materials and subcontractors are secured to meet project timelines.
• Provide leadership, reporting, and stakeholder coordination by supervising and developing the QS and Purchasing teams, collaborating with project stakeholders, monitoring payment collections, submitting regular budget and claim status reports, attending management meetings, and undertaking ad hoc assignments as required by the company.
