Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
• Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
• Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
• Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers
