Job summary

Jenda E&C Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent tendering and cost-control professional to support project bids and budgets. You will take off quantities, prepare tenders, quotes, and variation orders, and liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The role requires coordinating with site teams, ensuring document completeness, and assisting with progress claims and final accounts. Hybrid or on-site flexibility may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Arrange for collection of tender documents and check completeness of documents
• Taking off bills of quantities
• Request for quotation from subcontractors/suppliers
• Preparation of tenders & costing bills
• Handling & closing of tender for submission
• Prepare & submit progress claim & variation orders
• Source for materials and negotiate with vendors/suppliers
• Manage project budget, monitoring of cost & follow through till closing of final account
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors & suppliers
• Attend site meeting
• Maintain proper documents and filing of drawing
• other duties as assigned
