linkedcorp hr consultancy pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, budgeting, and claims through to final accounts.

The role requires close coordination with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients to keep projects on budget and on schedule. You will prepare cost plans, evaluate contracts, monitor expenditures, and provide value engineering while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying and tendering processes.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Familiarity with contract administration and procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations and conduct cost comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage tendering and cost estimation, including take-offs and submissions.
• Prepare project costing, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for approval.
• Monitor costs to keep expenditures within budgets and provide value engineering.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and support procurement planning.
• Attend site inspections and progress meetings for reporting.
• Prepare regular cost reports and assist in project coordination.
