Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and measurement software to support tender preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender quotations within established timelines to support successful project bids.
• Perform quantity take-offs through manual measurement and update tender amendments to maintain accurate cost estimates.
• Source quotations for rates and technical data tailored to specific project requirements during tender stages.
• Arrange and conduct tender interviews to evaluate suppliers and subcontractors effectively.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive and fair contract terms.
• Prepare sub-contract agreements and letters of award to formalize engagements.
• Monitor progress claims, payments, certifications, variation order submissions, and subcontractor payments to ensure financial control and compliance.
• Assist in settling final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors by coordinating documentation and resolving discrepancies.
