Job summary

DEENN ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a motivated Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and project accounting. You will study tender documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities for bidding and budgeting.

The role requires at least 3 years experience in Residential/Industrial/Commercial or Institutional projects and a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil/Structural Engineering. You will assist in progress claims, variations and finalisation of project accounts, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• Min 3 years experience in Residential/Industrial/Commercial and/or Institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Study and review the tender documents
• Perform measurements
• Prepare Bill of Quantities
• When required, to carry out material take-off
• Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarising subcontracts, materials and equipment
• To assist in the preparation of tender summary for management review
• To assist in progress claim, variation order and finalisation of project account

Education

Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent
