Sintal Enterprise Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tender analysis, and post‑contract cost control for our projects in Singapore.

You will prepare variation orders, liaise with subcontractors, attend site meetings, monitor deliveries, and support project finance during the defect liability period. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and cost comparison for tender and projects.
• Obtain quotations, liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Measure quantities, cost estimation, take-offs and submission for tender and projects.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements and sub-contractor payments.
• Oversee material order processing and cost control.
• Attend site meetings and submit progress claims.
• Arrange daily delivery and liaise with factory/production to meet project schedule.
• Monitor project during defect liability period and oversee daily factory production/delivery and overtime if necessary.
