Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Tendering Executive role in Singapore. You will prepare BQ and costing for project tender submissions and develop pricing schedules in line with client requirements.

You should understand tenders, scope of work, and non-material requirements; knowledge of Design & Build tenders is preferred. The successful candidate will handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager and support the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities and costing for tenders.
• Understanding tenders including scope of work, pricing schedules and non-material requirements.
• Knowledge of Design & Build tenders preferred.
