Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, contract documentation, budgets, and bill of quantities for civil projects.

You will assess progress payments to subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare progress claims and variations for clients. The role involves settling final accounts with clients and subcontractors, requiring a degree in QS/Civil Engineering/Building and at least 3 years of civil industry experience.
