RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years of main contractor experience to manage tendering and cost planning for residential and commercial projects.

You will handle tender drawings, take-off quantities, supplier quotations, review subcontractor bids, and prepare documentation, while using Glodon software for on-screen measurements. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential, with a focus on delivering accurate estimates and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience in a main contractor.
• Experience with residential and commercial building projects.
• Proficient in tender costing and cost planning.
• Strong measurement and take-off skills (on-screen).

Responsibilities

• Tender drawings, requirements, quantities, and costing.
• Take-off quantities and estimation for tender and projects.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Prepare early stage budgets and detailed cost planning.
• Source supplier quotations for tender costing.
• Review sub-contractors’ bids and negotiate contract values.
• Prepare documentation for sub-contractors.
• Measure using on-screen take-off and Glodon software.
