Job summary

ASIA INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Assistant and Quantity Surveyor to support cost management across a portfolio of projects, including commercial and civil infrastructure.

Responsibilities include providing cost estimates, liaising with clients, and ensuring project goals are met through effective communication and collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying is required.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project & Facilities Management, or similar.
• Previous industry experience (including internships) is an advantage.
• Good technical knowledge e.g. measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law.
• Familiarity with professional practice and contract administration processes.
• Able to work as a team player and multi-task on several ongoing projects.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to work with (or learn) digital software.
• A clear and analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in cost management of projects.
• Work collaboratively with Quantity Surveyors.
• Represent the company professionally with clients.
• Understand Client’s requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Prepare pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow.
• Manage post-contract administration and valuations.
