Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Executive QS / Senior QS to join our Cost and Commercial Management team. You will work with Directors & Associate Directors to deliver pre and post-QS services on a diverse project portfolio.

The role involves cost planning, tendering, contract administration, and value engineering across commercial, retail, healthcare, data centres and more. Strong measurement, cost estimation and digital software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience with cost estimation and measurement.
• Knowledge of contracts and construction law.
• Able to work in a team and multi-task on projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior leadership in project cost management.
• Collaborate with QS team on multi-disciplinary projects and client liaising.
• Represent the firm professionally in meetings and negotiations.
• Set team objectives and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Prepare pre-contract cost plans, budgets, and cash-flow analyses.
